Mammoth ivory Nice light ivory color with really rich grain on the one panel, abit more subtle on the other, like the best elephant ivory.  These are more expensive because we paid 4 times the price for that tusk and we have used it all.  Glare is from the lights, screws shown are Swirls and not included, they can be ordered for $20 for set of 4 with the tool.  We recommend Renaissance Wax below. Standard butt only on these and no amby safety available.  We often hear the grips are more beautiful that the photos.

Made from genuine woolly mammoth/mastodon ivory from Alaska, and Yukon. This ivory is at least 10,000 years old and we use only the best quality to insure that they are as tough as modern elephant ivory but, with the appeal that only extinct prehistoric mammoth ivory has.

Non-structural fractures, fissures, watermarks and varying coloration are sometimes found in  mammoth ivory, just a part of their natural beauty and uniqueness.  Our ivory grips have been stabilized and are guaranteed against breakage for life!
