We want each experience on our Boone Trading Company website to be positive and informative but sometimes we realize our collectors and customers have issues that need to be addressed right away. Answers to questions regarding our shipping polices as well as returns, exchanges and eligible refunds can be found on each of those individual pages here on our Boone Trading Company website.
Large ticket purchases or for those speciality items that our collectors prefer to purchase over the phone or via fax, you have the option to speak with us directly and we will process your order as expediently as possible.

Issues related to your shopping experience or technical problems while visiting, please submit your details in the form provided and we'll make sure we get it to the correct person. All other customer services questions we encourage you to call and leave a message.
International Transactions
For our international collectors wishing to process their order courtesy of a bank wire or bank transfer, please contact the showroom at (360) 796.4330 and we'll be happy to make the necessary arrangements.
Ivory Export Permits
We no longer ship legal to export ivory or bone products that require export permits. These include: hippo, warthog, fossil walrus or oosik.
Items available for shipment without an export permit are mammoth ivory, extinct sea cow bone and our ox-bone 1911 grips.
