These are beautiful, just the right size and shape for the J frame round butt S&W.  The look and feel of ivory grips at a fraction of the cost, these are superior to other imitation ivory grips on the market.  Some other imitation ivory grips are cast in a mold, they feel cheap and have a poor finish.  These grips are machined from slabs of imitation ivory material, sanded, hand polished to a mirror finish, then the checkering is cut.
