WALRUS TUSK 27" long with light relief carving of 4 walrus and a polar bear with a cub on the side.  This tusk has ivory legs/pegs so it stands nicely, it has 11 tiny holes (that were filled) across the top which is flattened and smooth.  This is old, acquired in the 1950's in Alaska, owned by a woman that lived in good health to 109 years of age, there might have been some good luck in this old bull walrus tusk (except for the walrus).  A very solid tusk, good for display, carvings, jewelry or hook making.
