MAMMOTH IVORY POWDER dust collected from our band saws and belt sanders, is approximately 98% genuine mammoth ivory with maybe 2% walrus ivory or other dusts. The color is light tan/ivory colored, (not gray), it is like flour, we have triple sifted it through fine mesh screen to remove chips and lint. Make your own ivory black, add to casting epoxy and make reconstituted mammoth ivory (that will be sandy tan colored), how about as a prehistoric calcium supplement for plants or animals. The price per 1/2 pound bag is $30.  a half pound (8 oz) bag is around 2 cups, the photo shows a 1 pound bag.
